//Princess Eevee//30 Day Anime Challenge - Day 1: First Anime You Watched
In an effort to get myself into the groove of posting, I decided I would participate in the 30 Day Anime Challenge. I've started this so many times, and then just gave up halfway through, but I am determined to actually finish this one! So today we will be talking about the first anime I ever watched: Tokyo Mew Mew.

My Origin Story: How I Got Into Cosplay, Anime, And The Geek Community
I've been revamping my blog, if you couldn't tell. I'll be doing a whole separate blog post about that later, but for now, I'm going to share with you my origin story. Every geek has an origin story. Like Sailor Moon, Spiderman, and Captain America, everyone has a story of why they do what they do or love what they love. For me, I do crafts and love pop culture. And today I'm going to tell you why.

(((o(*゚▽゚*)o))) 4 fall 2015 animes i'm looking forward to
I'm WAY behind on my anime. Like, I barely finished Sailor Moon. I think I've mentioned that before too. Oops. Oh well, anyway, I am working hard to get up to date on my anime, however long it may take. My problem is, I don't know where to find out what's popular and what's coming out next season.
But I found my solution! Anichart.net tells you all the latest anime coming out this season, next season and the seasons to come. I can finally be up to date!
So I went on there and found a few in the upcoming season that sounded interesting and I thought I'd share them with you all.

(o´ω`o)ノ 5 animes recommended by a non-anime fan

Okay let's all admit something to ourselves. One time or another, we have forced a friend or family member to watch an anime because we knew it was something they might enjoy. We really shouldn't be forcing people to watch anime with us (because let's be honest, it can be seriously weird sometimes), but we just want someone to enjoy it with us!
80% of the time, they didn't enjoy it, but sometimes they were a part of the 20%! I was curious to see what were the most recommended by the 20%, so I asked a few groups of people what they enjoyed. Here are 5 anime recommendations from non-anime fans!
